Master’s student Brandi Veltri interns with ELAW
Master’s student Brandi Veltri began a 14 week internship with the Environmental Law Alliance Worldwide (ELAW) this January. ELAW is an international network of lawyers and scientists from nearly 70 countries who use law to protect the environment. The U.S. office coordinates and distributes legal and scientific resources to overseas advocates requesting assistance. Brandi’s work over the course of her internship will include responding to requests for assistance and facilitating ongoing communications between the U.S. office and international partners.
“The ELAW internship is particularly exciting to me because it crosses environmental law and international/comparative law, which is what I want to do with my career,” says Brandi.
